Rilan & The Bombardiers are a dynamic Dutch band known for their explosive live energy, genre-defying sound, and unmistakable frontman, Rilan. Born and raised in Haarlem, the Netherlands, Rilan discovered his passion for music at an early age, drawing inspiration from artists as diverse as David Bowie, Michael Jackson, OutKast, Bob Marley, Bootsy Collins, Jimi Hendrix, Miles Davis, A Tribe Called Quest and Otis Redding.
With his powerful and distinctive voice and magnetic stage presence, Rilan brought together a group of like-minded musicians who shared his vision, forming Rilan & The Bombardiers. Their first single, "Happy Jack," climbed into the national Top 3, leading to extensive radio rotation, television appearances and a packed festival season.
The band later released their debut album "Afrodite" and took their live show beyond the Netherlands, touring internationally and appearing at festivals across Europe — building a reputation as a formidable live act that refuses to fit neatly into one genre.

Tim William van Ouwerkerk
A vintage-gear fanatic with a rootsy, bluesy, groovy touch — and a good dose of rock 'n' roll. Loves experimenting with soundscapes and unorthodox guitar sounds. Met Rilan in high school at fifteen and they've been rocking together ever since, a bromance straight out of the movies. Graduated from the conservatory in his early twenties and has worked as a recording and touring musician ever since.
Efraim de Nijs Latuheru
Graduated from the Rotterdam Conservatory in 2013, taught by Hans Eijkenaar and Juan van Emmerloot. Has worked as a session and touring drummer ever since.
Olivier de Jong
Bassist working with artists across the world, bringing a broad, well-travelled musical sensibility to the band's low end.
Debut single "Happy Jack" climbed into the national Top 3.
The debut EP's title track was placed in Shooter, Shut Eye & Rosewood.
Debut album, followed by international touring & festivals across Europe.
New releases are paving the way for the next album, out early next year.
